Email server distributed

Hello,

I'm working in a company that depends on a huge organization. We are independent, but some services like email depends from the organization, in part.
We work with our sendmail to send and receive, like a runway.
How could i sustite our sendmail with Zimbra?
Every users do login against the corporate OpenLDAP, but i belive that it is not a problem, because zimbra's openldap can be sync with corporate openldap.
