Cannot access Zimbra through host name

Hi,

We have Zimbra set up behind a firewall that we have been able to access through the host name for quite some time. Recently, it stopped responding to the host name, but we can still connect to it through the IP address on the Zimbra box. Any suggestions on what to look for?

That's a DNS problem, you need to check your DNS records.
