I wish to use ZCS 7.1.2 for my organization. I wish to configure for 20000 users. What would be the best hardware requirements for this setup?

You haven't given much detail about your environment. How many users are likely to be online at any one time? Are they going to be using the Web UI or a fat client? Are they going to be IMAP users? Did you search the forums first, there's several threads that discuss the hardware requirements for this (or similar) number of users.

I think 50% of users will be online at any one time. All of them are going to be IMAP users.
