Default Mixing FOSS and NE edition in a multiserver installation

Hi,
We have a corporation with 4500 users. Only 300 of them need the features provided by the NE Edition. We are going to build a multiserver installation with 2 mta+ldap+proxy, 1 FOSS-store and 1 NE-store. We have this working on testing right now and we don't see any problems but anyway I want to ask. Are there a problem with this combination?

We are using the version 7.1.3.

I read old posts that say "no", but may be it's possible in the new version.

Regards,
Diego

It isn't supported, and may break horribly. Zimbra won't support you if you run into problems, even though you are paying for your NE license.

The best way to do this is by doing a split domain setup, where FOSS will be setup in its own environment.

Ok. With the split domain will have some limitations may be, but we can live with them.

Anyway, is a really stupid limitation.

Diego
