Unhappy 7.1 bind to single IP, box has Multiple IP

Hello All;

This was asked before in the forums. no proper answer found.

I have V7.1 Network Edition on SLES 11 SP1. Multiple IP addresses on the 1 NIC

Zimbra binds to all the IP addresses, now I cannot use Apache on ports 80 and 443.

Is there an official way to bind Zinbra to only 1 IP address exclusively? This would be the best solution for my clients. The answer of installing it into a VM is not a proper answer, it does work as a workaround, but still not a proper answer.

I have seen others talk about binding Zimbra 5.x and 6.x to 1 IP address, but V7.x is different.

Why hasn't Zimbra made an install item and an admin task within Zimbra for binding exclusively to 1 IP address? It should be. Most other collaboration software does.

Have a good day.
