The first thing is that you're not giving the correct command to display your DNS records, it should be this:
You use the domain name not the FQDN of your server. You also haven't run all the commands from the 'Verify...' section of that article - they are important to verify the DNS and your other files are correct.
The following output tells you there's a problem:

That shows your public IP address not the LAN IP that it should be.
