Do not start a new thread when you already have one on the same subject, I'll merge this with your other thread.

You need to read my comments in that thread on what's needed and the Split DNS article for full details of the requirements for DNS configuration on a LAN - everything you need is there including the commands to check your configuration.

i was experiencing the problems again. i went throught the article of split dns. and i configured the system according to that article. you can see the configuration files. i don't know what is the problem. kindly take a look at this.

The first thing is that you're not giving the correct command to display your DNS records, it should be this:

dig cae.com mx
You use the domain name not the FQDN of your server. You also haven't run all the commands from the 'Verify...' section of that article - they are important to verify the DNS and your other files are correct.

The following output tells you there's a problem:

[root@localhost ~]# host $(hostname)
mail.cae.com has address 142.39.254.10
mail.cae.com mail is handled by 3 mail.cae.com.
That shows your public IP address not the LAN IP that it should be.
