Welcome to the forums.

Code:
Authentication failed,Invalid credentials (bad dn/password)
That tells you what the problem is, have you checked the password or searched the forums for an answer?

I'm afraid I don't know anything about ApacheDS but if it works with openLDAP then it should work with ApacheDS.

ApacheDS is so bad, you must input sha password by php api.
like this
'{SHA}'.base64_encode(sha1('password', true))
