No, I don't. Have you cleared the browser cache? Have the users logged out/in? Which version of FF2, beta or final? Which Operating System?

I have this problem. I am using WindowsXPsp2 (fully patched) Firefox 2.0 final, Zimbra 4.0.3. FF1.5 worked fine. FF2.0 locks up the CPU at 100% and shows white page.

I've tried clearing browser cache and deleting cookies. Help, it is driving me crazy.

Well, if you have any extension installed I'd uninstall them and see if that fixes it. If that doesn't help then file an entry in bugzilla and don't forget to vote for it. As I said, I'm not having any problem with FF 2 from an XP SP2 system or Linux machines.

Just as an FYI(may or may not be realted to this), I have deployed FF 2.0 across my network to all users.
About 1 in every 10 users are having a FF freeze up problem.
It's not related to Zimbra, FF just simply isn't working.

Upon investigation on the mozilla forums, we arn't the only ones.
No fix yet, but if you upgrade, then downgrading doesn't fix the problem.

I've had to switch those users over to IE 7 (god forbid)

I've seen two issues that might be Firefox 2 :

1. When a user has to change their password, they login and get the screen prompting them to enter a new password. When I tried this in FF2, the button didn't do anything so they can't leave the screen. Tested in IE6 and it looks fine.

2. When creating a new theme and assigning it to a CoS in the admin client, the new theme appears in the list of available/installed themes but not in the pop-up box to set the "Current UI".

I tried these on Firefox/Linux and IE6/Win XP and both worked on IE6, but I haven't tested other browsers/platforms.

Can anyone else test and let me know if these really are problems with FF2 or something else?

Certainly the change password works on my systems. I've tried it on openSuSE 10.2beta & WINXP with FF2 and both system allow the change of password. Did you do the usual clear browser cache? I also don't have any themes or extensions in my FF2.

I can't confirm about the themes as I don't have any to add. Have you tried a tomcat restart for that problem?

I experienced the "lockup during login" after upgrading my laptop to Firefox 2.0. Other users in our shop had no problem, but I have a resolution:
1. Close Firefox
2. Navigate to /Documents and Settings/USERNAME/Application Data /Mozilla/Firefox
3. Inside the Firefox folder is another called "Profiles"
4. Move the entire Profiles folder someplace outside of the Mozilla folder.
5. Start Firefox and it will create a new Profiles folder and you will now be able to login to Zimbra .
To get your bookmarks back
1. Open "Manage Bookmarks"
2. Select File/Import (click "from file")
3. Navigate to the old Profiles folder and drill down to the Bookmarks.html file
I don't know what else may be missing as a result of moving the Profiles folder - not an expert here and I haven't explored further yet.
(Thanks to Ace Technology Group (www.acetechgroup.com) for the tip. They are BIG Zimbra fans.)
