Default Admin permissions to users

I have Zimbra installed in Ubuntu 10.4 with mail.example.com. I configuered different domains on this like abc.com, xyz.com ,std.com. Now i want to give some users from different domain as administrative rights.

for example a@abc.com as admin for abc.com domain only.
a@xyz.com as admin to manage only xyz.com domain
also a@std.com to manage only std.com

Is it possible to do that?
