Zimbra FOSS 5.0.18/Cent OS Installer Needed

Have a need for a Zimbra FOSS 5.0.18 Cent OS installer package. Want to start upgrading our server to a different box which currently is 5.0.18 (My bad...long story...) but need FOSS 5.0.18 Cent OS installer so I can migrate our instating data. Unless someone knows of a way to do a clean upgrade/copy of FOSS 5.0.18 to a later version I can get a Cent OS installer package for..... :->
Even willing to spend a few bucks to get.....
