Domain Name

I have installed zimbra 3 times, reading and rereading....
I still have the issue of a wrong domain name.
For some reason the domain name is set to server.domain.com
I do want it to be server.domain.com...just domain.com
is there a way to fix this, were did I go wrong?

I found a solution. I removed the computer from the network.
Then when it set up it gave me the correct domain.
