Default ZCS in server dedicated...

Hello everybody!...

I just want to hear from you advices about my plan to install ZCS in a dedicated server (CentOS) to manage and allow access to my domain Email users in order to use Zimbra as Email client onLine.

I've experienced with ZCS in a local server but without web services running online. My Server CentOS contains several websites running and I'm not sure about ZCS operativity.

Thus:
- Is ZCS a resource intensive software?
- Is it possible to install only one "master" and then, extend the installation to diferente domains? or ZCS works with install per domain basis?
- What about resource intensive if ZCS is installed ina a virtual server and not in a dedicated server?

Thabnk you for your advices!

The hardware requirements are detail in the product Documentation. You can also install any number of domains on your server, there is no restriction on how many domains you have - you will need to think about the hardware specifications for the intended number of users. Search the forums for details of hardware specification for various numbers of users.

Thanks phoenix...

My question about the domains is related about ZCS... What I mean is if I should install one ZCS per domain or only one is enough for all my domains hosted in my server...

Verbi gratia:
www.epsilon.info -> Email: email@epsilon.info
www.omega.uk -> Email: email@omega.uk
www.delta.tv -> Email: email@delta.tv

So, the above Emails should be created through the Zimbra-administrator access and each Email user will access into a Zimbra interface with a username and password. And that is my question: Through which URl users will be able to access into each account? and what should be the "master" administrative account to create Emails with different domains?
