webmail https fail

I changed webmail protocol to both mode :

#zmtlsctl both
#zmcontrol stop
#zmcontrol start

the webmail https://192.168.1.1 fail.

if change back to http
#zmtlsctl http

the webmail works.

telnet to 192.168.1.1 443 fail too. iptables is not running on server. please advise.

Could you post here the error in log file, when set the mail mode to 'both' and try to login?

check the mailbox.log and audit.log files.
