Default Mail problems,

I got the follwing error when trying to send mail or add resources to the calendar. This should be a server for a intranet so no mail out is required. How can this be done?

From your first post:
Code:
Caused by: javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not connect to SMTP host: daxserver.daxlab.no, port: 25;
nested exception is:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused
Is there a firewall or SElinux on your system? Disable them if there is. Is your DNS set-up correctly?

Is this a new install? Did the install go OK? Were there any errrors?

As mentioned before, this should just be for internal use, so no need to send mail world wide

You need a private IP address on the LAN not the loopback.

Which operating system is this? Are you really sure SElinux is disabled? It should be disabled and not in warn mode.
