Upgrade Samba on a Zimbra+Samba config

Hi.
I've a deployment with Z+Samba (UNIX and Windows Accounts in Zimbra LDAP and Zimbra Admin UI - Zimbra :: Wiki) working great.

Now, I'll probably have to upgrade Samba. I'm not really familiar with LDAP, so can anyone give advices on how to deal with LDAP schema upgrade?
