Problem with Connection timed out

Problem:

i cant send or recieve email from another mail server, just in local.

* /etc/resolve is my dns.
* in server & global settings are nslookup turned on.
* i used zimbra 6 and its worked succsefully, i removed the installation and installed v.7. and cant get it to work.
* tryed saplit-dns and the same problem.

Can any one help me please? i read alot of things on the forum and tryed alot but no success.
