Default Volume management issue

Hi, we plan to deploy a zimbra as our new mail solution but we are not sure about if zimbra can be arranged to use our NFS disk holds user home directories for ducument (saving, sharing vs.) purposes or not. Also is it possible to locate messages and files&folders in separated NFS storages?

Thanks for any kind of help...

NFS is not supported except for backups (or use to host vmware virtual disks).

We have our home folders on an other server and we want to keep this folders intact and be viewed as documents, folder, flles etc. and user should be able to view, modify , delete his/her files/folders. Then, can you offer a solution for such a situation? For example could ftp be a solution for our case?
