Osx zmamavisdctl trouble

when i have installed zimbra on mac 10.4.x client, i will have trouble with logger (i have re-initialized the installation) but now i have some trouble with the zmamavisdctl :

antispam Stopped
zmamavisdctl is not running
antivirus Stopped
zmamavisdctl is not running
ldap Running
logger Running
mailbox Running
mta Running
snmp Running
spell Running

i see i have to install some perl module but i didn't help

how i can make zmamavisdctl up ?

I'm having a similar problem on OS X Server 10.4. amavisdctl shows both antispam and antivirus to not be running, however, email is still being tagged by DSPAM, Bayes, etc, as it comes in. Also, a ps -auxw | grep zimbra shows numerous instances of amavisd running.

What's the deal?
