Default login page - logo changing

Hi experts,

I want to use zimbra open source following version

Release 7.1.0_GA_3140.RHEL5_20110329150824 CentOS5 FOSS edition.

Can we change the login page logo (VMWare logo)?

No, you may not change the Zimbra or VMware logo. Search the forums or read the licence (available on the web site) for further details.

If you are producing a derivative work (that is, making changes to the source code) of ZCS, Open Source Edition, you are bound by the terms of the Zimbra open source licenses (see the Zimbra Collective License and the Zimbra Public License). Under the Zimbra Public License (ZPL), all derivative works of the ZCS Ajax/Javascript client must carry the "Zimbra Powered" logo in place of the original Zimbra logo. When users click on the “Zimbra Powered" logo, it must direct them to the Zimbra website.
From the wiki:
Customizing Themes and Adding Zimbra Powered Logo - Open Source Edition - Zimbra :: Wiki

Does that wiki article still apply? It mentions the Zimbra Collective License and the Zimbra Public License, so I assume the policy would be the same for the latest version since it is licensed under the same license as the version mentioned in the wiki article.

It actually tells you what you can do in the code under /opt/zimbra/jetty-6.1.22.z6/webapps/zimbra/skins/{skin_name}/skin.properties:

Code:
##########################################################################
# Logo Licensing Rules #
#------------------------------------------------------------------------#
#
# If you are using the Zimbra Collaboration Suite (ZCS) under the
# open source license, and you have not modifed the software,
# then you are required to use the Zimbra logo (the default).
#
#	LogoImgDir = @AppContextPath@/skins/_base/logos
#	LogoURL = http://www.zimbra.com
#
#-------------------------------------------------------------------------
# If you are using ZCS under the open source license,
# and you have modified the software,
# then you are required to use the Zimbra Inside logo.
#
#	LogoImgDir = @AppContextPath@/skins/_base/logos/ZimbraInside
#	LogoURL = http://www.zimbra.com
#
#-------------------------------------------------------------------------
# If you are using ZCS under the network (commercial) license,
# then you are welcome to use your own logo in place of the Zimbra logo,
# or to retain the original Zimbra logo.
#
LogoImgDir		= @AppContextPath@/skins/carbon/logos
LogoURL			= http://www.vmware.com/products/zimbra/

Dear setox,

Thanks for your information. Its really helpful. i have one more quistion.
I have Installed Zimbra 6.0.9 on Ubuntu 8.04 32bit. I am using 2 domains.

1) example.com (webmail.example.com)
2) mydomain.org (webmail.mydomain.com)

"example.com" is my default domain. I am using diffrent Zimbra Skin for each domain. So is it possible....My Each domain login would have separate Login Page with thair own company logo (Including Zimbra Inside Logo)

I have read Zimbra Wiki : Customizing Themes and Adding Zimbra Powered Logo - Open Source Edition - Zimbra :: Wiki

But its not working for me or I am unable to understand. Please guide me ....

(SORRY FOR BAD ENGLISH)

I'm no expert but as I understand it with OSE, if you want to support multiple domains in a different manner, you must have two separate servers. The Network Edition is supposed to allow you to manage multiple domains much better and utilize a single server.
