Creating server entry fails

I'm tryinig to install zcs7.1 on ubuntu 10.04 ... everything works fine until there is the message : Creating server entry for zimbra.domain.com...failed.

...can't understand why.
hosts and resolf.conf are ok

thanks for any good idea
