Default zimbra smtp auth error after some time

Hello

I am having problems with my mailserver after some time.

Maybe there is a link between this and the error:
Some time ago I had problems with the setting mynetworks (MTA Trusted Networks).
I wanted to delete my own subnet ip range out of my local relay, which actually failed (?).
Then I restored the settings by adding my subnet again. But then the problems started.

Maybe important: I did change these settings initially via the commandline.

When I am configuring MTA trusted networks via 'server settings' and submitting (without doing changes) it says

Message: Error! Value for MTA Trusted Networks must contain local network interfaces: {0}.
Additional information about MTA Trusted Networks configuration can be found at http://wiki.zimbra.com/index.php?title=Zi...

My value in this field is:
127.0.0.0/8
193.XXX.XXX.0/24

(i actually wanted to delete my local ip range 193.XXX.XXX.0/26 because it is actually not my own range)

Important: my local ip adress is in that range...
so the error does not make any sense to me.

When I go via global settings to configure MTA trusted networks and press submit no problems are reported. (i can see the same value as in the server settings tab)

Now:
My zimbra mailserver is actually working correctly.
But after some time +-14 days it refuses sending my mails via smtp (via webmail it still works to send it).
Maybe because it automatically reloaded or restarted with old (incorrect, not working settings)
Then I have to do manually in commandline 'service zimbra restart' (that takes some time to do: +- 1 min)
Everything (thankfully) resumes it normal process, and then I can send mails again via smtp.

My errorlog when sending a mail (which fails):
May 16 08:02:46 mail postfix/smtpd[26608]: connect from __._____.be[77.XXX.XXX.XXX]
May 16 08:02:46 mail postfix/smtpd[26608]: setting up TLS connection from __._______.be[77.2XX.2XX.2XX]

May 16 08:02:46 mail postfix/smtpd[26608]: warning: __._______.be[77.2XX.2XX.2XX]: SASL LOGIN authentication failed: generic failure

May 16 08:02:46 mail postfix/smtpd[26608]: disconnect from __._______.be[77.2XX.2XX.2XX]
May 16 08:04:07 mail zmmailboxdmgr[27419]: status requested
May 16 08:04:07 mail zmmailboxdmgr[27419]: status OK

Maybe I have to rewrite or resave some configuration file so my zimbra server is using the correct one while reloading of restarting after some uptime?
Why else would it work for now and after some time it just stops?

Thank you for your time and reply!
