Default Installing from source on FC5 x86_64

Unless I'm missing something, there isn't a 64 bit version of Open Source Edition available for FC5, so I must build my install from subversion repository. I've checked out svn trunk and am ready for the next step but I don't see any READMEs that would tell me what to do next. There is a makefile in ZimbraBuild, but it failed complaining that "commands commence before first target". Can someone please point me in the direction of docs on how to install ZCS OSE from repository?
