Post mandriva linux 3.1.17

hello,
i'm planning to install Zimbra messaging on my Mandriva Linux server running postfix as mail service.
the version of linux i have is mandriva 3.1.17, do you know wjch version of zimbra should i use?
After installing the right zimbra version, i wd like to migrate the user mailboxes to zimbra. Do i have ti use a tool for migration or the mail format used by Postfix is the same as zimbra and so ther's is no migration to use.

thanks for your answers.

There is no support for any version of Mandriva, the only supported platforms for Zimbra are the ones listed on the Downloads page: Open Source Edition Downloads: Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Software by Zimbra

My recommendation would be to install the RHEL version of Zimbra on CentOS, do note that the 32bit versions are deprecated so if you have a 64bit server then use that otherwise you'll have an upgrade to do further down the line.

I don't have any experience with mailman but there is an RFE you might want to vote on plus several thread in the forums plus a wiki article: site:zimbra.com +mailman - Yahoo! Search Results

As Bill stated, there is no supported version of Zimbra for Mandriva. The closest thing would be Fedora 11, since it's also an RPM based distro. I've elected for Ubuntu on my Zimbra install.

I'm not familiar with this version of Mandriva, and I use Mandriva for most of my servers and desktop. The current version of Mandriva is 2010.2 and Mandriva server is, at last check, version 5.2
