Update 7.0 to 7.0.1

Can anyone line out the best procedure to safely update from 7.0 to 7.0.1?
(I run Zimbra on CentOS 5 dedicated server...)

Take a backup of /opt/zimbra then do the update, full details for doing an upgrade are in the Release Notes (I'd suggest you read them) and backup procedures are in the wiki - both topics are covered extensively in the forums.
