Default How I can uninstall one package

How I can uninstall one package?
e.g. ldap; mta; store...

And I don't want to uninstall all components.

Then, you can't

The way the ZCS installer is made, you need to uninstall everything and then install the components you want.

Depending on what you're trying to accomplish, you could just disable the services you don't want/need.

So how disalble it.
Actualy, I want to divide the MTA, Ldap and store server. (original is single server mode) And I don't want to lost my account, settings & store.
Does have one total solution for it?

In the admin console, go to your "current" server's configuration and under the Services tab disable the ones you don't want.
