Exclamation Initializing ldap...failed. (28160)

nvm i removed zimbra. used to much memory

sounds like a dns issue zimbra wont start properly if it can't verify the hostname in it's dns and mx checks. I have run into this error myself before.

Depending on your os make sure your hostname is correct and there is an entry for your host name in your dns via a records or how ever yuo specify it.
