zmamavisdctl is not running

After a power problem which caused our email server to crash, I am not able to get the antispam service to stay up.

zmcontro status gives the following

antispam Stopped
zmamavisdctl is not running
antivirus Stopped
zmamavisdctl is not running
ldap Running
logger Running
mailbox Running
mta Running
snmp Running
spell Running
stats Running

If I disable the antispam in the admin console, the antivirus runs without a problem and I can sen and receive mail.

If I re enable the antispam in the admin console, it will run for about 30 to 45 seconds before stopping again.

I am new to zimbra so I am not sure where to find useful diagnostic information. If you can let me know what addition information will help, I will provide it as soon as possible.

You need to leave the services enabled in the Admin UI and restart Zimbra, what errors do you see in the log files? Is this a new install or an upgrade? Has this problem only just started? Is there any firewall or SElinux (AppArmor?) on your server?

This system has been running for several months without any problems. This problem just started happening after the system died due to a power outage.

I do have apparmor running on the system.

I found the following error in the syslog

Did you try reinstalling whatever package provides that module?

We did run a check disk when booted the system but this did not show any errors.

I have not done anything with the error as I am still trying to find more information about it.
