Default Postfix port number

I recently ( just last night ) upgraded to:
Release 6.0.10_GA_2692.UBUNTU8_64 UBUNTU8_64 FOSS edition.

I had my postfix/master.cf.in file backed up along w/ many others. After finishing the backup I added the following line back to my master.cf.in file:
2525 inet n - n - - smtpd

So now my file looks like:
smtp inet n - n - - smtpd
465 inet n - n - - smtpd
2525 inet n - n - - smtpd
-o smtpd_tls_wrappermode=yes
-o smtpd_sasl_auth_enable=yes

This was done to help our employees that travel because we find that most hotels block port 25.

For some reason after adding the above I am still not able to use port 2525. Am I missing something?
