Is Zimbra what we need?

I'm looking for something that will integrate Salesforce, Ical, Treo and Blackberry - we are a sales staff of 4 now, 10 by this time next year. We need shared calendars and we are a mac shop ...

Is Zimbra what we need? Is it overkill? Seems sort of invasive to me ... anyone tried to solve the same problem?

That really depends what problem you're trying to solve. I don't really know what you mean by invasive, it will certainly allow you to sync those devices with zimbra and it will keep your mail and collaboration information in one place. If you have an salesforce enterprise account (you may need to check this with zimbra or salesforce sales) then you can certainly integrate this with zimbra. What's the alternative? Lots of products trying to do all those functions?

Now as far as the Mac is concerned I'm totally clueless, I'll have to let someone else comment on the suitability.

Will work beautifully in your environment. We are an all Mac shop as well. The iSync connector is great.
