Default Document templates missing.

Hello all,

I just upgraded to Zimbra 4.0.2 NE. When I did the upgrade I had exceeded my account limit specified in my license. I had a lot of old accounts that needed to be removed. While I was running the install.sh script in upgrade mode an error appeared that basically said you have too many account so documents will be disabled.

Since then, I have deleted enough account to bring the total number of account under my license limit. I assumed this would allow the documents feature to start. Instead, when I try to access documents I get the following:

Document templates missing. Please notify administrator.

What do you think?

Jason

Default example fix, given in other forum

I think this is supposed to be the first stage of the generic fix.

http://www.zimbra.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4248

Where it says:

Run

zmprov in wiki@{your-domain} {password-for-this-account} /opt/zimbra/wiki/Template Template

and see if it works for you.

Default Password?

So, I found the wiki account. I can't determine the password. I'm using an external LDAP directory for authentication. I tried setting the password locally in the Zimbra admin. No good. I tried creating an account for wiki in the external LDAP directory. No good. I've searched the zmlocalconfig and zmprov. No good.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks,

Jason
