Default Replication and Clustering in Zimbra

Dear All,
I would like to know if Zimbra has the replication feature like exchange.
Also, the Network edition mentions about clustering/HA. I would like to know how to do it ? Is there any option which should be enabled or a document which shows step-by-step approach to get this done.

I am going to use Trial edition of Zimbra network edition.

I want to setup zimbra in such a way that there should be multiple instances of Zimbra which should be doing the replication over WAN. I should be able to access the server using a single virtual IP. If any instance dies, it should not effect the end user from accessing his/her inbox either using outlook/thunderbird or web interface using the same IP or FQDN.

Thanks all for the help.
