Default Zimbra FOSS to Network Edition

I'm installed with Ubuntu 10 LTS FOSS.
I now want to go to NE
What's my path please ?
Is just call and get my license sorted out and then install the NE version which the FOSS version will consider an upgrade ?

TIA
Spectra

Hi Spectra,

Refer this link :

How hard is it to move from FOSS to NE ?

the procedure may have changed since I moved from OSS to NE but I just backed up, ran NE install over the top of OSS and installed the license.
