Unhappy Unable to determine enabled services from ldap

[zimbra@example ~]$ zmcontrol start
Host localhost
Unable to determine enabled services from ldap.
Unable to determine enabled services. Cache is out of date or doesn't exist.

Thanks in Advance any one help

i am new one for zimbra mail server

Did you search the forums before posting? The answer is all over the forums and wiki. You need valid DNS A & MX records if you're behind a NAT router or firewall and a correct /etc/hosts file.

Go to the Split DNS article and follow the instructions there, you can check your configuration by running all the commands in the 'Verify...' section of that article. You should also read the Quick Start Installation Guide before you proceed any further.
