We have recently upgraded our zcs 5.0.2 to zcs 6.0.10. We would like know the backup procedure for zcs 6.0.10

It's the same as it is for all Opensource versions of Zimbra, go to the wiki front page (link at the top of this page) and look at the list of articles covering Backup/Restore, you should also search the forums for some other threads about backups.
