ZCSLicense.xml - email blocked

Our email servers block .xml files. Is there anywhere on the Zimbra site where this file can be downloaded?

Can't you send it to a gmail (or some other) free mail account or via the support portal?

Now I can't remeber where I got the Basic license from on the website
