Default Problems with Https:// and Http:// web, pop3, and imap Auth

Here is my setup:
Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS
Zimbra open Source 6.0.9

Here is my problem. Running 600 accounts. POP3, Imap and Web.

When I have it set for https mode every thing works. However my customers don't like the https://mail.com part.

When I change to the http mode, webmail works fine, but it breaks the saslauth. It wants to auth against the Get free Email accounts: Web based and secure Email - mail.com and not https://mail.com.

Is there a way to fix the saslauthd.conf, and saslauthd.conf.in to keep the https:// with out forcing users to use Https:// for the webmail?
