[SOLVED] Backup with zimbra open source edition

Hello,
We need to set up a backup system for the version 'zimbra open source edition. "
I think the free version does not permit a full backup of a mailbox. I believe that to backup the free version, I must first stop all zimbra services and then do a full backup.

This is correct?
With the free version there is the possibility of restoring a full mailbox or just a message from a mailbox? or backup only restores the entire system ..?

If I need to backup and / or restoration of individual mailboxes I can only do it with the version "ZCS Network Edition?

There is a thread in the forums that covers individual mailbox backup/resore, do a search for it.
