Question Installable is Unable To Run Zimbra Services

Hi Friends,
Iam syamala.Iam new number to this forums.I build zcs4.0(latest) successfully and i got the installable file.While running installable iam not able to get zimbra login screen on my browser.I checked zimbra services are running are not with zmcontrol status.No services are running.
While doing zmcontrol start,the following is the screenshot.Please help me how to resolve this issue.

[zimbra@new-host zcs]$ zmcontrol start
