Currently I am using zcs-NETWORK-3.1.3_GA_474.RHEL4.tgz edition. Can anyone give me the URL for the latest version please? Can I download and upgrade to the latest version?
Many thanks

You should be able to login to your support portal and download the latest version along with the required license file.

Thanks for your reply. I could not update my license. I am trying to do it from the admin UI->Global Settings->License->Update License->

ZCSLicense.xml is the file name.

Little confused by your post, but you get your license file from the Support Portal...then you can upload it via the web UI if you want to.

Actually I did the same of what you were thinking. It did not work for me. It gives an error something like "Can't change the install type from trial to trial"

Is it a trial version of 3.1.3 that you were using? If you have a valid license and the upgrade license doesn't work I suggest you contact zimbra support.

you can't apply a second trial license. this might be your problem if you're updating from 3.x to 4.x.
