You should be able to login to your support portal and download the latest version along with the required license file.Quote:

ZCSLicense.xml is the file name.
Little confused by your post, but you get your license file from the Support Portal...then you can upload it via the web UI if you want to.Quote:

Is it a trial version of 3.1.3 that you were using? If you have a valid license and the upgrade license doesn't work I suggest you contact zimbra support.
you can't apply a second trial license. this might be your problem if you're updating from 3.x to 4.x.
