Default Running Zimbra along with other Web Apps

I got my Zimbra running good on Red Hat EL5. Now I'm trying to install another web apps to run on that same server but I am unable to do so.

Since Zimbra is a full package software having its own services, does Zimbra also have its own web folder? It seems that the /var/www/html default web folder for Red Hat is no longer valid. I need to run something on http://mail.domain.com/newapps. How can we do that? I tried to search around and I can't seem to find any clue on this. Thanks for the help.
