Default help on installing Zimbra on two server and NAS

Hi;
I am going to install Zimbra (OSE)on centos5.5 :
1- I have a nas server and define /opt/zimbra/db /opt/zimbra/store and /opt/zimbra/index there.
2- On my mail server(x) I want to mount the partitions above and the install Zimbra.
3- I want to turn off the server x, assign its ip to another server(y) ,then mount the partions here too, and install the zimbra.
Actually server x is my main server,if a disaster happens. I want to turn off x and turn on y and y works with the database on nas server.
Is this possible?
Thanks alot
