Hi, im installing zimbra in Ubuntu 8.04 but im having this error and cant continue...
Anyone can help me??

The most likely reason is that you don't have a Split DNS set-up, you will if you're behind a NAT router or firewall. You will also need a correctly formatted /etc/hosts file. You can also search the forums and wiki for information on this problem.

The problem most likely related with DNS issue. Please look at the initial installation log while Zimbra trying to search your MX records, it should be an error on this phase of installation.

Could you please paste the content of your /etc/hosts, /etc/resolv.conf and your DNS configuration setting ?
