Not sure what happened there... I am still having a problem with the remote user connecting on a dynamic network though, they're still getting dropped.

Hi, just checking back in to see if anyone is able to offer any help with why my authenticated user is getting blocked for spam even though he is not black listed. He is on a home cable modem setup.
I'm sure I have some simple setting incorrectly configured.
SMTP Auth and Outlook settings were not setup correctly. I have remedied this and this is all set.
