Default Bug in license update

Can't change licenses when using previous trial license (Received new license for various reasons):

Message: Your license file is not installed due to the error: can't change install type from trial to trial
Error code: ZaLicenseInstallWizard.prototype.installCallback
Method: AjxException.UNKNOWN_ERROR

That's not a bug, it's by design - you can't put a new trial license in on top of a trial license - otherwise, you could use a trial license for an unlimited period of time, which is not what the trial license is for.

Contact sales@zimbra.com to get a new license.

Well, I thought about this option, so it's perhaps a poor one (One can just delete the whole stuff and re-install). However, how should I proceed in case, I've got a new license (promised) from your sales agent? You can also mail me, should this be treated as a trade secret ;-) ?

Sales will get you the license, and you can install it over your existing license - you can email sales@zimbra.com for this.

OK, thanks!

Suggestion: If this bug is by design, how about catching the exception and display a message accordingly? A stack trace is a bug, not a feature...

I received a new license from Andre, but the problem persists and I receive the "can't change install type from trial to trial" error again. Please advice...
