[SOLVED] Trying to Install and can't get pass the agreement screen

Right now I am trying to install 6.0.8 on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS and I get to the screen where it says to you agree to the agreement press "N" no matter what I press Y or N it still terminates the install process. Any suggestions?
