Default salocal.cf.in not working

Hi
As per this link Improving Anti-spam system - Zimbra :: Wiki
I have edit the salocal.cf.in file but its not working for me .

I have use basic Rules
example , I send the mail from gmail with content ( sale ) to my office id , we have using zimbra in our office . as per the rule the mail want to block but its reaching the mail box

I add the rules in the file salocal.cf.in like this
body LOCAL_RULE /sale/
score LOCAL_RULE 0.5

Can any one tell me why its not working
Thanks in Advance

You haven't actually provided any evidence (such a email headers and content) showing that it's not working nor whether you restarted the anti-spam system or Zimbra after making the change.
