Default system requirements/prerequisites for zcs 6.0.7?

I am new to Zimbra. I'm moving straight from Mail Enable. On Zimbra's website I found the minimum system requirements and prerequisites for the network edition. Does the same specs apply to the open source edition? If not, could you point me to the right place?

Also, could anyone refer me to a decent tutorial for beginners?

I'm using 6.0.7 on Fedora 11. I chose fedora because I thought it was more likely to be compatible with the Gateway 838GM tower I'm using :-P.

Details are in the Quick Start Installation Guide in the Documentation section.

If you want a stable and reliable mail server then I'd suggest you use the RHEL binary on a CentOS5 server, see if that works on your hardware first - 'bleeding edge' distributions are not the most appropriate builds for a stable platform.

Will CentOS 5.5 be ok? Or do I need to find a 5.0 iso?
