Default LDAP Integration

We just finished installing Zimbra and connected it to OpenLDAP. Currently Zimbra only Authenticates with OpenLDAP.

The current situation is that we need to manage two LDAPs. each user added to the company needs to be opened both in OpenLDAP and Zimbra. This is the case when someone leaves or when we add / remove someone to a security group or distribution lists.

Can Zimbra integrate to LDAP like exchange integrates with Active Directory or are we left with Dual Management?

I do not believe it will directly integrate; though you could script the deletions etc ?
