Hello,

Our company has 2 locations across Europe.

With Zimbra Network Edition Is it possible to have 2 distinct email servers (under the same domain) and one of them be the mirror of each other?

Server A replicate the data to Server B, and vice-versa.

I'm afraid that is not possible for sure with ZOS.

Zimbrane is unable to replicate to another deter at this time. There are RFE's in Bugzilla requesting this feature, I suggest voting for them.

You can, however, setup a server at each site as a mailbox server so users at each site have their mailboxes local to them. You would still need to preform proper backups of each server.

I'm not sure if I understand correctly... what you mean with "mailbox server"?

The multi-country split domain setup i documented in the below link
* looks complex but its not , it gives you geographical access to the email which is faster
* backup of each NE box on each location is seprate task which you need to do anyway..there are wiki articles about backups.

A mailbox server is a server that holds email boxes. A zimbra implementation can be set up with multiple servers. Check the multi server installation guide for info on it
